WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
First, we ask that you fill out some simple paperwork (general info, insurance, privacy, medical history, etc).
Next, you meet with a practitioner to discuss your history & health goals and do general diagnostic testing.
DO YOU OFFER FREE HEALTH CONSULTATIONS?
We do NOT offer free health consultations at Health Within Chiropractic & Acupuncture.
The cost of the initial exam is $40.
Depending on your insurance coverage, the initial exam could be fully or partially covered. Any remaining fees are the patient's responsibility.
DO I HAVE TO COME IN THREE DAYS A WEEK?
We are committed to YOUR health and recognize that recovery time varies person to person.
Our main goal is getting you better and out the door to continue living life as you were before your symptoms started.
